Kanuka honey is of a lighter colour than manuka honey, but with a similar strong flavour. Kanuka honey is a much more scarce honey variety than manuka as kanuka bushes seldom grow as a monoculture separate to manuka plants. We use our Kanuka honey for our unique Kanuka lotion. Simply we believe this honey will be the next New Zealand super honey.
You can use it everyday to replace sugar with natural glucose.
Perfect for tea, coffee, muesli or toast.
As well kanuka honey has the most antibacterial properties perfect for small cuts, acne, dry lips or skin problems.
